About

IPC International

IPC International is a subsidiary office of IP Compre Law and Business Consultant, specializing in intellectual property and information technology law. While our main office, IP Compre, provides a full spectrum of traditional legal services, IPC International focuses exclusively on matters involving intellectual property, technology, and international legal issues.

IP Compre was founded in 2015 by a former Supreme Court Judge and a renowned professor of accountancy from Chulalongkorn University. Initially, the firm concentrated on disseminating legal and business knowledge, particularly in the area of intellectual property management. Over time, its scope expanded to cover broader areas of law, including litigation. This growth inspired the creation of new, innovative legal services to better meet the evolving needs of clients.

As part of this evolution, IPC International was established to serve as a dedicated arm for intellectual property and information technology matters, including international transactions and cross-border issues. All works related to IP, IT, and international contracts have since been transferred from IP Compre to IPC International.

Located on Sutthisan Road, Bangkok, Thailand, IPC International provides a comprehensive range of IP services — from IP strategy, application filings, and contract licensing, to enforcement, litigation, and dispute resolution.

Our clients range from startups to large corporations. Beyond legal representation, we offer strategic business advisory services, helping clients navigate different stages of the business lifecycle. Some of our services are designed to support business formation and development, while others focus on protection and enforcement of rights. This flexible approach allows clients to tailor our services to their needs and turn their ideas into successful business ventures efficiently and effectively.

We also assist clients in leveraging international IP protection mechanisms, such as the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) for patents and the Madrid System for trademarks, to safeguard their intellectual property globally.
